Main responsibility areas:
• Participate in the annual business planning exercise and long range plan; ensures alignment with main shareholder’s strategic initiatives.
• Identify, develop and monitor strategic initiatives and potential revenue streams jointly with business unit owners.
• Fair understanding of financial statements and ability to construct financial models (discounted cash flow) for valuation purposes.
• Collect data from various internal and external sources; coordinating with various stakeholders, using different computer application tools or/and other ways and presenting them in corporate dashboard format.
• Keep abreast of company’s products and services and identify customer’s requirements to support viable business propositions.
• Review of products and services to be launched in the market by various business units and provide constructive critique / alternative option.
• Ability to perform a wide range of data analytics functions including predictive analytics, data mining and other suitable methodology to support continuous growth in revenue, subscriber base, and market share.
• Conduct competitive landscape review; understand macro-environment of the industry; and hence, proactively highlighting issues that may affect the business.
• Keeping track of latest innovations and trends in the industry.
• Other tasks as advised by immediate superior.

Your qualification and experience:
• Minimum of Bachelor degree in Management, Economics, Engineering or any other relevant field. MBA will be ad added advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with specialization in a similar field and prior experience gained from consulting; or corporate planning function of a reputable and/or multinational corporation; or investment banking
Your profile:
• Sound knowledge of MS Office especially MS Excel/PowerPoint/MS Word.
• Financial modelling skills
• SPSS/SAS knowledge will be of added advantage
• Knowledge of Global System for Mobile Communication (GSM) is an advantage but not compulsory
• Knowledge of market research methods
• Creative work approach

Duty Station:
Can be anywhere in Nepal as per business needs and future requirements
