Identify the correct part number and present to the customer/technician.
Generate Tax Invoice and Stock Issue to clients/branch after receiving confirm Purchase Order.
Ensure proper handling of cash and raise Money receipt.
Maintain proper filing of Quotation, Purchase Order (Complete or Incomplete for each products), Sales Order and Invoice Copy.
Receive requirement of customers through mails/call and record it respectively.
Generate Quotation and forward it to respective customer ensuring marked discount.
Prevent invoicing of credit hold customers and follow-up for due clearance if required.
Report pending issues to Spare-In-Charge for further actions plans of unavailable spares’ order.
Update and mail Daily Sales Report to concern mail addresses daily.
Customer follow-up for Quotation and negotiate to generate Order.
Interface with service technicians and ensure their recommended spares are being met.
Ensure target achievement and sales maximization
