Coordinate with workshop to increase sales of spare parts
Checking, verifying and processing warranty claims
Liaise with Technical Services Dept. on all warranty claim parts, visit customers to investigate and assess parts quality issues and complaints
Monitoring the movements of all warranty parts submitted to suppliers and to ensure replacement are done within the stipulated time frame.
Random sampling of incoming Spare Parts to ensure consistency of product quality.

At least 2 years of working experience in Spare Parts field or Automotive Industry
Computer literate with proficiency in MS office applications: MS word / MS excel
