Position: Sous Chef/Kitchen Executives (One)
Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in hotel management or Hotel Diploma
Age: Below 45 years.
Experience: At least 5 years work experience in Food Preparation and Catering Kitchen or Chinese Cuisine in Five Star hotels.
Knowledge/Abilities: Assist in the management of Kitchen Operations in a single Food Beverage outlet or a shift, or section of Food and Beverage operations, including menu planning and costing, organizing special events, developing new dishes, maintaining food comprehensive products knowledge.
