Qualifications and Experience: The SSO shall have at least a Bachelor's degree in Sociology or equivalent degree with a minimum of three years' experience in the related field and specific experience in social development issues. S/he should have demonstrated experience dealing with community safeguard, community mobilization, resolving community and social development issues in the rural infrastructures preferably in road/bridge sector projects. S/he shall have very good written and spoken English. This position is Surkhet Regional office based.
