Social Safeguard Officers (SSOs) -5 positions
Social Safeguard Officers should have a Bachelor's degree in Sociology or equivalent degree with a minimum of 4 years' experience in the related field and specific experience in social development issues. S/he should have demonstrated experience dealing with community safeguard, community mobilization, resolving community and social development issues in the rural infrastructures preferably in road/bridge sector projects. S/he should have excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Nepali, strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
