Refund members and issue credits and alert Customer Service Manager about questionable refund/credit requests
Provide weekly reporting to manager on Customer Service activity
Production/Imaging Responsibilities:
Update live site and assist in headline/imaging change requests to verify images are both high quality and on-brand
Create promotional emails as well as social media
Cross check images with contract & inventory sheet to confirm all products and colors are included; collect images from sales manager when a perk is closed

Thick skin when handling irate customers
Tech savvy and able to understand the basic workings of ecommerce platforms; experience with Zendesk, Magento or related systems a plus
Excellent organizational skills, multi-tasking skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
Some basic accounting experience a plus
