Job Description

Motors Nepal seeks a passionate, enthusiastic, fast-learning individual well-versed in social media management to handle the social media accounts for its brand and partner brands and take promotional pictures using a DSLR camera on a regular basis.

The ideal candidate will be regularly creating social media posts as per our brand guidelines, creating and implementing new social media strategies, conducting competitive research and improving our digital media presence by uploading content on multiple online platforms.

The candidate will also be responsible for handling high-inflow of daily messages and client communications across all our sales channels and making follow-up calls where necessary and sending proposals and emails.

• Regularly post engaging content on our social media channels.
• Send and manage e-mail promotions, proposals and pitches regularly
• Create and implement new social media strategies, conducting competitive market research and content style designs.
• Improve digital media presence by uploading content, profiles in multiple available local and international social media platforms, digital platforms, maps, directories and more.
• Respond to chats, Schedule appointments and make follow-up calls as required across all sales channel
• Regularly click photographs and shoot videos using a DSLR/ phone as per brand guidelines to create content (We use latest gadgets if you may ask ;)
• Come up with unique digital marketing strategies and ideas to implement for the brand
• Must be able to crack at-least 1 joke every week! 

Bonus:

• Copywriting and digital marketing experience is a huge plus
• Experience in cold calling and telemarketing is a huge plus
• Female candidates will be given top priority

Must Have Requirements:

• The candidate MUST know how to efficiently operate a professional DSLR camera and be click great pictures.
• The candidate MUST be well versed in at-least one popular digital photo editing platform e.g Photoshop
• The candidate MUST have their own workstation/laptop.
• The candidate MUST have prior experience of social media management and must be able to produce necessary references when asked.
• The candidate MUST know at-least one joke, and will be asked to crack one on the interview!
• The candidate MUST have a decent portfolio of photography or videography which will be reviewed during the interview
