Job Description:
• Manage presence in social networking sites including facebook, twitter and other similar community sites, posting on relevant blogs and seeding content into social applications as needed
n Work closely with management to develop policies and guidelines as the standard which should be adhered to while creating, sharing, responding and dealing with comments, queries and complains on social platforms.
n Respond responsibly and promptly to blogs, comments and queries appearing related to company products and services on social media
• Track and report complains on social platforms to concerned operations head and communicate remedial action to complainant
n Monitor emerging trends in social media using various tools and applications and share them with the management.
Qualification:
• Bachelor Degree in Journalism, communications or related field
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in related field
Requirement/ Skills:
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent proof reading and editing skills
• Ability to create, compose and edit written materials
n Ability to utilize computerized word processing, blogging and internet software
• Willingness to work during off hours and off days
• Knowledge and understanding of internet operations and functionality
