Job Description
Managing parts of construction projects
Overseeing building work
Making safety inspections and ensuring site procedures uphold construction and site regulations
Undertaking surveys
Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
Supervising staff
Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications.
Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
Liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and negotiating the price of materials.
Ensure projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time.
Other Specification
Strong knowledge of MS Office (specifically in MS Excel), E-mail & Internet
Good verbal & written communication & presentation skills.
Excellent Interpersonal skills with out of the box problem solving approach.
Ability to handle demanding working environment.
