TOR – Short-term Trainer, Local budget and expenditure tracking
The Social Accountability in the Health Sector (SAHS) programme is part of the DFID-funded Nepal Health Sector Programme 3 (NHSP3), which seeks to improve health of women, children, and the poor and socially marginalized in Nepal, as well as improve the quality of health services nationwide. The goal of SAHS is to improve the effectiveness of social accountability initiatives resulting in more effective and responsive health service governance and delivery.
Scope: The Trainer will conduct a three-day training in one or two lots for civil society group members, guide the participants in field simulations and field work, and submit a final report capturing information on both process and outcomes.
Methodology: Desk study, presentation and discussion, group work, simulation and role plays, and field work.
Specification of Services: Preparation or refinement of training curriculum and reference materials, session plan, presentation slides , modules, training report, The Trainer will also provide guidance to execute the field work and feedback on participants’ reporting (training materials for the basic training are available for reference)
Deliverables
Timeframe: Maximum of 13 working days. The assignment will start from June 21 and end on July 14, 2019 (Negotiable).
