Key responsibilities: Under the direct supervision of the respective Shelter Team Leaders for the districts, the Shelter Technical Assistants will be based in the respective districts to provide all the necessary support in the response to the current emergency situation. The incumbent will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of Shelter component of the project in their respective districts with special focus on gender equity and social inclusion.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience: Engineering graduate or skilled construction worker (preferably a mason). Knowledge of masonry construction. Experience of construction and site management. Good communication & community mobilisation capacity. Good ability to run training
