Minimum 6 years' progressively responsible experience in Shelter and civil technical program, Minimum bachelor degree in civil engineering or related disciplines. Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple tasks among various staff and departments. Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Project and AutoCAD. Preference for candidates will with experience in post-earthquake scenario and are aware about NRA policies and procedures.
