Job Description

Key responsibilities: Under the direct supervision of the respective Shelter Team Leaders for the districts, the Shelter Technical Assistants will be based in the districts to provide all the necessary support in the response to the current emergency situation. The incumbent will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of Shelter component of the project in their respective districts with special focus on gender equity and social inclusion.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience: Intermediate. Experienced community development worker/mobiliser. Good understanding of Nepali housing issues and land issues. Preferably past experience of shelter programmes, but not essential. Able to manage and facilitate community discussions and training. Experience of administrating programmes
