Job Description
Service Supervisor (Livguard Brand) based in Kathmandu.
Job Description:
Receive warranty claim of battery from our dealers & replace by checking through proper process.
Maintain proper documentation of battery replacement.
Daily, weekly and monthly report as required by management.
Establishing and expanding the Customer Care Service.
Collect data and claim information and report to senior.
Suggest new ideas and strategies in minimizing claim of Livguard Batteries.
Work based in Kathmandu but required to go on marketing tours as decided by the management. Duration of tour can be expected between 5 days every month.
Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee.
Manage Campaigning and technical activities.
Supervising all our service station.
Requirements and Qualification:
Min. of 3 year in the field of Battery & UPS.
Graduate / Post Graduate / Diploma in Electrical Engineer.
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali.
Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems.
Should have knowledge of Email, Internet, Microsoft office package (especially Microsoft excel).
Capable working under Pressure.
Must have 2 wheeler's driving licenses.
