Responsible for acting as the communication mediator between all other departments and the Service Head.
Overlook the functioning of all the Service Departments and make sure their work is indeed happening on time and their reports are being conveyed to the Service Head in a proper manner in proper time.
Planning and management of the department in coordination with the department head and Regional Manager.
Regular communication with the service engineers, RM, CCD, Warranty, Training and all other departments.
Help to formulate techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy.
Devise and implement efficient and secure procedures for data handling and analysis with attention to all technical aspects.
Help in data sharing with upper management.
Summarize and provide daily collection reports from Regional Sales Officer and dealers (inside and outside the valley) to concern management.
Responsible for monthly presentation of the overall report.
Compile and present all the industries data as per the requirement of upper management.
Responsible for issuing letters to the dealers.
Monitor and analyze information and data systems.

Must have experience of min 2 years in relevant field, preferably as a Service Coordinator
An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work fast with accuracy.
Ability to work/stretch long hours during critical assignments.
Allocate resources effectively to reach organizational goals.
Communicate clearly to superiors and give understandable instruction to subordinates.
Must have Nepali typing skills.
Proficient in MS OFFICE especially in MS EXCEL & MS POWER POINT with excellent typing speed.
