JOB REQUIREMENTS
Service Excellence Department (Junior Officer/Officer/Senior Officer) This position is responsible to oversee the day to day delivery of services in the manner that meets or exceeds established service level. The candidate should have an ability to plan, develop, evaluate and implement the service excellence standards to enhance the quality of service delivery to excellent level.
