Required Competencies:

Bachelors in Engineering (Automobile/Mechanical) with at least 2 years of experience OR

Diploma in Automobile Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in customer service.

Excellent team management and customer handling skills
Major Responsibilities:

Ensure timely & quality service at workshop within the estimated cost.

Maintain work distribution control and ensure utilization of available capacity

Check work progress, provide decision for replacement of spare parts

Control job allocation and mechanic allocation

Coordinate in organizing service promotion activities
