Coordinate with the General Manager, Service Heads, Service Engineers and Technicians
Plan and mobilize the service engineers as per the requirements and the intensity of the problem
Set schedules and assigns tasks to service department employees.
Ensure all the concerned service departments are functioning well and regularly
Act as a mediator between the Service Head ans other service departments
Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance and any important issues or events that might have a negative or positive impact on the company
Monitor automotive service team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
Take note of the condition of the CUFT vehicle, take feedback, prepare reports and convey to the service Head
Assist in planning of service activities, preparation of budget and its finalization.
Prepare & Update engineers mobilization sheet
Increase the customer's awareness customer visit at the site
Implement standard service workflow at our workshop
Job Specification
At least 2 years of experience as Service coordinator ideally in Automotive Industry
Must have computer proficiency
Must have valid driving license
