Senior Technical Advisor - GESI (based in Kathmandu)
Key responsibilities:
The incumbent will guide the implementation of the project by ensuring challenges facing women & girls and other vulnerable socially excluded groups are taken into consideration across programming. The overall responsibility of the incumbent will be to spearhead strategic leadership and provide technical guidance from the gender and social inclusion perspective in and across the program component activities ensuring that gender and social inclusion is mainstreamed into programs and policies.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Masters Degree in Gender Studies or Social Science or other relevant subject with working experience in the health sector. A minimum of 7 years of work experience in applying gender analysis and in-depth knowledge of gender and social inclusion issues at the national level.
