• Support Gaupalika coordinator in coordination, planning and implementation of project activities.
• Support in collection of secondary information on vulnerable people in assigned project area.
• Collect information on vulnerable people using decided survey tools.
• Facilitate selection of beneficiaries based on selection criteria for on farm, off farm activities or skill development or other relevant support.
• Plan and facilitate implementation of activities relevant to the circumstances of beneficiaries to help improve their livelihoods, especially skill development.
• Organize regular meeting and build sound relationship with beneficiaries and other community level stakeholders.
• Should have practical knowledge and skill on off farm skills development especially relevant to the people with different forms of disability.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to deliver skill development training especially for people with different vulnerability conditions.
• Prepare timely and comprehensive reports of all activities in PHASE formats as required.

        EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• TSLC or + 2 pass in social mobilization, business promotion etc. with minimum 2 years of demonstrated experience.
• Computer skill desirable.
• Gross Salary: Nrs 35,000 – 43,000 per month
• Duty Station: different wards of Ajirkot, Dharche, Gandaki and Tsumnubri Gaunpalika of Gorkha District.
• Duration of the post: Two years
