Job Description

  • Collecting and receiving the data from the zonal registration office and from the customs office.
  • Screening the tender awarded visit from the concerned consultant and summarizing in a monthly basis.
  • The input of all required data and figures for the monthly meeting for the final presentation.
  • Supply tender update and follow up of sales, payment in relation with government people.
  • Issue of quotation, bills, and documentation for billing.
  • Daily update of a report on stock, delivery, and billing.

Job Specification

  • Proven experience as a Sales Officer or relevant role.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Outstanding communication and Nepali typing skills.
  • Fast learner and passion for sales.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
