Role and Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Develop and maintain client relationship with the objective of repeat profitable business.
Identify business opportunities and negotiate profitable commercial deals.
Verify estimates and specifications and draw commercial proposals.
Strategic project planning and review of each project daily while ensuring quality delivery of projects to obtain customer satisfaction.
Manage project costs and deadlines to ensure project succession on schedule and within prescribed budget.
Maintain appropriate information flow among key stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of project from start to finish.
Plan and secure necessary human resources, support and information to ensure proper project execution and completion.
Identify changes in scope of project and secure appropriate change orders are executed while ensuring clear commercial agreement with client.
Develop policies and procedure to identify risk and apply method to mitigate such risk.
Participate in project testing and release activities.
Job Specification
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master's Degree in related field.
5+years' experience in software development field.
2+ years' experience working as a project manager. More experienced preferred.
You have the following experience and profile:
Proven project management methodologies (e.g. Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2).
Project management software tools (e.g. Microsoft Project).
Writing technical and commercial documentation
Software testing and quality assurance.
Background in any of the following is a bonus:
Fluent in spoken and written English, Dutch would be a big plus.
Able to multitask and focus on deadlines under pressure.
Familiar with Programming fundamental
Ability to manage team, resolve disputes and foresee potential cost or schedule
Strong negotiation skills
