Skills and Qualifications:
At least three years of relevant experience
ï‚· At least Bachelors Degree from a recognised Institution
ï‚· Fluency in written and spoken English, including exceptional
communication skills
ï‚· Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office package and internet
ï‚· Experience working in a youthful, multicultural environment
ï‚· Experience working in volunteer management
ï‚· Experience in handling finances including budgeting and financial
reporting
ï‚· Experience with monitoring and evaluation, including writing both
qualitative and quantitative reports
ï‚· Experience in training delivery
ï‚· Clear understanding of contemporary development issues
ï‚· A strong personal commitment to the values, aims and methods of
Restless Development
ï‚· Ability to travel to rural areas including overnights during training
 This position will have to spend full time in the district during the cycle
ï‚· Passion, enthusiasm and interest in Restless Development’s mission,
honest and trustworthy, willing to engage in voluntary activities
ï‚· Valid driving licence (Motor bike/Scooty)
Desirable
ï‚· Fluency in written and spoken Nepali and other languages local to Nepal
ï‚· Experience with partnerships, communication, and marketing
ï‚· Experience as a volunteer with Restless Development or another organisation
