The Senior Program Officer will be responsible for overseeing the field districts. S/he will be responsible for developing and providing training and technical support and will be required to participate in the development of curricula and materials for students with disability. This capacity building support will enhance skills of teachers, schools managers, CB0s, NGOs and local government counterparts. S/he will ensure effective implementation of the program to meet the objectives.
Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree, with 8 years of work experience, or Master's Degree in relevant subject area (preferably Education) with at least 5 years of experience in the field of training and curricula design. Prior experience in early grade readingprogram as well as developing educational curricula and training will be an advantage.
