Building positive relationships with HR Personnel of various BFIs
Conduct Training Need Assessment.
Assisting with generating new business
Co-ordinate with trainers and speakers in regard to the program, conference/workshop.
Co-coordinating with Logistic Management team for smooth functioning of seminars/workshops, programs and other activities
performed by NBI.
Track down the sales target with the team and develop necessary action plan to achieve the targets.
Any other task as required by the Institute
Knowledge / Skills / Experience Required:
Passion for sales
Exhibit leadership skills
Ability to apply the given information within time scale
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package
Good Communication, Interpersonal and Selling Skills.
Ability to work in team
Capacity to work Under Pressure
Proven experience in preparing annual reports, monthly report & notes to budget.
Desired Qualifications:
Good interpersonal and team work skills - High level of integrity, confidentiality -
High level of drive for results with accuracy
Should have Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
