- Compile and maintain donor's profile regularly and identify bidding opportunities matching with the working area of GNI.
- Develop concept notes, proposals and reports independently.
- Develop Information Education and Communication (IEC) and Behavioral Change Communication (BCC) materials such as success stories, fact sheets, brochures, manuals and etc.
- Update website and social media of the organization effectively.
- Coordinate with the government, donors and line agencies.
- Develop qualitative and quantitative research concepts, analyze data and prepare reports.
- Organize various events such as meeting, workshop, conferences and seminar, including the work of rapporteur.
- Field visit as per the requirement.
- Carry out other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
The incumbent will be responsible for supporting program development department to develop various concept notes, proposals and reports independently.
