· Preparing MIS reports including balance sheet, profit and loss and cash flow statement.
· Ensuring all statuary compliances, for e.g. - P.F./C.I.T/TDS deposit, VAT/Advance Tax payment etc.
· Checking of all receipt, payment & journal voucher with proper supporting documents as per financial procedures.
· Controlling cash and bank including periodic verification of cash
· Supporting for Tax Audit and obtain Tax Clearance Certificate.
· Responsible for the budgetary control in the company.
· Supervising administrative duties, for eg. – insurance claims, utility bill payments, allocation and maintenance of office assets, etc.
· Graduate in Management with 5 years of relevant experience
· Master’s degree in Management with 2 years of relevant experience
· Excellent knowledge of statutory regulations
· Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports
· Good internal and external communication skill
· A valid two wheeler driving license
