Position : Senior officer (CA)-1

Level  : Officer

Specific Requirements:

• Obtained Chartered Accountant (CA) or ACCA degree from national or international institutions.
• At least 2 years work experience as employee or as a panel member of internal or external auditor of any bank or financial institutions licenced by Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB).

Other Requirements:

• Should have excellent interpersonal, leadership, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Capacity of establishing and maintaining bank's vision, direction and guiding principles on financial and accounting issues.
• Knowledge of core functions of microfinance business in Nepal shall have an added advantage.
• Familiar with prevailing laws, rules, directives, regulatory requirements and tax system relating to microfinance business of Nepal.

Age: Not exceeding 35 years, on the date of advertisement.

Job nature: Parmanent, after probation period.

Remuneration and other benefits: As per Bank rules.
