Job Specification
• BBA Graduate with specialization in Finance or MBA graduate
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
• Demonstrated ability of working in SAP environment
• Proficient in MS Office
• Proficiency in written & spoken English
Job Description
• Manage all foreign vendor payment booking and payments, foreign vendor statutory returns and payments.
• Maintain monthly Inventory reports
• Assist in preparing MIS report related with all the raw material purchases
• Maintain Goods In-Transit booking and update on Inter-company reconciliation
• Settle 100% Vendor Reconciliation and mismatch confirmation,
• Maintain Clearing & Forwarding Agent advance booking along with monthly reconciliation
• Manage “Account Payable” ageing and advance knockoff with payable
• Follow up with store and stakeholders for timely GRN (Good Receipt Note) / SRN (Service Receipt Note) for payable booking
• Support overall query related with payment
