Maintain several Red Hat server environments. Oversee, maintain, and improve applications, operating systems, and specialized software that supports the peripheral equipment and servers. They carry out software installations to operating systems and software packages and upgrade them whenever the need arises.
Engineers have to ensure that the optimal levels of systems and infrastructure are available. They escalate issues to system administrators.
Prepare necessary documentation, which includes the program-level, as well as the user level.
