To plan, direct & control the Rolling Mill process control production/Quality team members and ensure in time production.
To plan production size, quantity and schedule with Operation head and dispatch manager.
To plan, direct & control Maintenance activities, Checklist and control maintenance team to ensure less breakdown during production.
Guide, train & develop competent team members for Production and maintenance function.
Arise purchase requisitions, maintain spares and issue goods/raw materials/ spares for maintenance and production.
Inspection and approve production and maintenance related spares, Machineries, raw materials.
Daily production and Scrap weighing, report preparation and communication with related departments.
Preparing Monthly Reports and Communicate with Supervisor & discuss about the necessary activities to be performed.
To do the Why Why analysis/ Root cause analysis report on major breakdowns and missed rolls
To execute the Production & Process Control System.
Plan, execute, monitor & control of Maintenance of equipment, utilities with check lists.
Conducting before and after production meeting with breakdown analysis and discuss on area of improvements.
