The candidate of this job position is responsible for ensuring effective implementation/supervision of all security measures adopted by the bank by making the entire security system of the bank more effective. The candidate should also be responsible to secure premises &staffs by patrolling bank’s property, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings and access points as well as authorizing entry in bank’s premises. The candidate is also expected to assess the quality of job output of the security personnel deployed within the bank and forward feedback/suggestion to enhance their productivity.
The candidate should be an Officer with a minimum of five years of Commissioned Service in Nepal Army.
Should be able to review the entire security equipment installed throughout the bank such as CCTV, Fire Alarm, Smoke Detectors, Intruder Alarm, and Fire Extinguishers etc.
Bachelor’s Degree in Management or equivalent.
Age should not exceed 50 years.
