Main responsibility areas:
1.Business Controls
-
Business Controls annual plan and budget: Coordinate and prepare Business Controls annual plan and budget for incorporation into Ncell annual business plan
-
Business Controls framework : Study and recommend Ncell Business Controls framework which is aligned with Axiata Business Controls framework for adoption in Ncell eg ICAL, internal audit issues closures, internal control entities set up, self-assessment, etc

Business Controls framework implementation: Oversee the institutionalization of Business Controls framework and implementation of approved initiatives as per approved plan and budget

Business Controls assessment: Coordinate Business Controls assessment to evaluate effectiveness of Business Controls infrastructure and initiatives

Business Controls reporting: Prepare a consolidated Business Controls report regularly and present it to Axiata, Ncell BAC and other relevant stakeholders
2. Compliance and Internal Controls Continuous Assessment

Compliance and internal controls assessment annual plan and budget: Coordinate and prepare compliance and internal controls assessment annual plan and budget for incorporation into Ncell annual business plan. This will take cue from Business Controls framework/implementation as well as Risks Management and BCM framework/implementation

Compliance and internal controls assessment: Coordinate and oversee compliance and internal controls assessment to evaluate effectiveness of internal controls assessment

Compliance and internal controls reporting: Prepare a consolidated compliance and internal controls report regularly and present it to Axiata, Ncell BAC and other relevant stakeholders
3. Risks Management Coordinator

Risks Management annual plan and budget: Coordinate and prepare risks management annual plan and budget for incorporation into Ncell annual business plan

Risks management policy: Coordinate and consolidate risks policy for Ncell subject to endorsement from Axiata Risks Management function

Risks Management framework : Study and recommend Ncell risks framework which is aligned with Axiata risks management framework for adoption in Ncell

Risks Management framework implementation: Oversee the institutionalization of risks framework and implementation of approved initiatives as per approved plan and budget

Risks management assessment: Coordinate risks management assessment by Axiata Risks Management function or third party to evaluate effectiveness of risks management infrastructure and initiatives

Risks management reporting: Prepare a consolidated risks management report regularly and present it to Axiata, Ncell BAC and other relevant stakeholders

Undertake any assignments as per management instruction from time to time as the business continues to evolve
4. Business Continuity Management (BCM) Coordinator

BCM annual plan and budget: Coordinate and prepare BCM annual plan and budget for incorporation into Ncell annual business plan

BCM policy: Coordinate and consolidate BCM policy for Ncell subject to endorsement from Axiata Risks Management function

BCM framework : Study and recommend Ncell BCM framework which is aligned with Axiata BCM framework for adoption in Ncell

BCM framework implementation: Oversee the institutionalization of BCM framework and implementation of approved initiatives as per approved plan and budget

BCM assessment: Coordinate BCM assessment by Axiata BCM function or third party to evaluate effectiveness of BCM infrastructure and initiatives

BCM reporting: Prepare a consolidated BCM report regularly and present it to Axiata, Ncell BAC and other relevant stakeholders

Your qualification and experience:
-
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and/or IT and/or Network related
-
8+ years of experience in related fields (Compliance, Internal Controls, Business Controls, Business Continuity Management, responsible Business and/or Sustainable Development, Network, Information Technology)
