Job Description

Secretary to Chief Executive Officer : 1 no.

Qualification : Bachelors Degree Preferably MBA/MBS

Experience : 2 years in related field

Job Description:

  • Internal & External Office Correspondences
  • Arrange appointments
  • Maintain diaries and filing systems
  • Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the Chief Executive Officer
  • Coordinate office staffs
  • Execute assigned duties by prioritizing works as per importance

Job Specifications:

  • Must have pleasing and outgoing personality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Nepali
  • Should be self organized
  • Must have taken Secretarial training
  • Must be computer literate with the ability to use various computer packages-MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Able to work in due pressure
