Overall in-charge for operations of SAP software
Follow-up with each department on the progress & usage of SAP
Train, support and solve operational issues & problems relating to SAP
Collaborate with Service provider teams/Business User Teams/Internal IT Service delivery teams for SAP Service Delivery
Track Incidents/Change Requests/Service Requests and other requests to conclusion in line with SLAs and SOPs
Timely troubleshooting of issues.
Manage critical users’ requests, associated to communication, activities and appropriate escalations
Roll out new initiatives and projects in the SAP domain
Management Reporting as per the defined frequency
