Job Title: Sales Supervisor
Department: Sales Department
Reports to: Regional Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities:
1. Support the Sales team to manage and supervise the sales, administration, promotion, PR, as an independently profitable department.
2. Monitor, review and report on all sales activity and results.
3. Communicate effectively with the subordinates, immediate supervisor and other department managers.
4. Identify and solve problems in the Sales department in a professional manner.
5. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
6. Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
7. Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
8. Checking the quantities of goods on display and in stock.
9. Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the office.
Job Specifications:
1. At least Bachelors level completed. (Preferred degrees: BBA, BBS, MBA, MBS with major in Marketing)
2. Experience: Fresher as well as candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience is encouraged to apply.
