To achieve yearly given sales target.
To plan sales activities monthly and quarterly.
Communicate activities plan and schemes to the dealer timely.
Prepare regular planning of target at the dealer
Ensure Sales target achievement through constant monitoring and regular visit
Ensure regular order from dealer and company.
Coordination with logistic dept. to ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
Ensure market penetration and reach
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities
Ensure footfall and conversion
Coordinate with Dealer for timely opening of LC and BG collection
Debtor collection
To collect area-wise own product feedback, competitor’s activities, analysis.
Preparation of Sales Reports
