Job Descriptions:
- Greets the customers with good smile & etiquette
- Making sure the showroom floor runs smoothly
- Deals with any inquiries and complaints and monitor customer service
- Displaying and merchandising stocks on sales floor
- Ensures the state of product in standard quality
- Replenishing stocks on regular basis and update to Department In-charge about the shortage/excess
- Highlights the new arrivals and launches in the store
- Receiving and dispatching goods
- Maintains the department standard as per company’s policy
- Assists the customers to get desirable products
- Reports to department manager on fast/slow sellers, lost opportunities and strength
- Re- arranging the department
