Job Description
- To ensure that planned sales and distribution targets are met
- Track competitor’s activities, ensure data collection and report to your supervisor
- Develop and maintain customers database and sales network
- Plan and implement sales strategy
- To increase the sales in the currently existing markets by maximising point of sales
- To ensure the availability, visibility, displays of our entire range of products & to ensure the good quality of displays for our products
- Have an insight of market & industry trends, competitors
- Appoint new channel partners as and when required
Job Specification
- Should have very strong dealer/distributor network
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skill
- Must possess own 2 wheeler and a valid driving license
- Good computer knowledge
- Excellent Sales and negotiation skills
- Confidence, motivation and determination
- The ability to work well on your own and also part of team
