Job Description

 

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to promote our products/services, targeting both existing and potential clients. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, including written materials, presentations, and multimedia assets. 
  • Identify and evaluate market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies and drive sales. 
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions to meet their objectives. 
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and target markets. 
  • Present and demonstrate our products/services to clients, highlighting their value and benefits. 
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure new business and maintain existing client relationships. 
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, and marketing campaign effectiveness. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure a seamless client experience. 

 

Job Specification

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus. 
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing and sales roles, preferably in [industry/niche]. 
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales growth. 
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, market research, and customer segmentation. 
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling content and presentations. 
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. 
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
