Qualification & Special Requirement:
Preferably Masters degree with 7-8 years of experience in building materials industries and must be able to travel extensively
Job Description and Job Specification
1. Create and implement effective direct sales strategies and prepare forecasts
2. Provide sales management, budget control, compensation programs and incentive planning
3. Proactively identify changes in market, delivery systems, and competitive pressures to develop and modify strategies and tactics accordingly.
4. Manage to meet/exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
5. Establish effective relationships and collaborations with other departments (Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, etc.) to address key business issues and opportunities.
6. Maintain competitive knowledge to create and adjust sales strategies.
7. Design and execute schemes at national level through sales and marketing team.

Should possess own bike and driving license
