Job Description

  • Supporting the sales & marketing executive in day to day marketing activities
  • Plan and implement an annual marketing plan; regularly updating the management team on progress
  • Responsible for logistics and delivery of all marketing material
  • Liaising with the management team to successfully implement marketing initiatives
  • Organization and coordination of all promotional activities
  • Sponsorship sales
  • Management and accuracy of CRM tool and ongoing development of this as the core tool for ongoing sales and business expansion
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
  • Maintain “leading edge” awareness on market developments, promotions, materials and technology etc.
  • Organizing and attending trade shows and exhibitions
  • Managing and updating of the company website
  • Other projects and duties which the company deems suitable for the position

Job Specification

  • Graduate & Post-graduate in Management discipline (BBA/BBM/MBA/MBS or confident candidate from any discipline of study
  • 6month- 1yrs. experience is preferred in a similar genre of sales & marketing
  • Efficient to use accounting tools, office tools and basic utilities
  • Driving license & personal vehicle
  • Effective communication & presentation skills
  • Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude
