At least 5 years of sales experience, out of which at least 3 years in managing a large, dispersed salesforce, preferably in the FMCG or technical sector
Strong problem solving and execution skills
Excellent communication skills in both Nepali and English
Experience in tracking and managing sales using CRM
Proven history of meeting sales targets
Experience in training sales people to be professionals
