Responsible for primary and secondary sales & daily monitoring
To make daily primary, monthly secondary report.
To formulate and execute Annual Business Plan.
Collect data's for report generation and for measuring retail performance standard
To ensure proper launch of new product and its availability in the stores.
Responsible for market coverage, Distribution & product visibility in the Kathmandu valley.
To prepare daily stock report.
To ensure payment from distributers within proper timeframe.
To negotiate with the dealers and stores for the Bank guarantee.
To carry out training for sales team.
To maintain FJP for entire sales team working under him.
Submission of proper report & record (e.g. Secondary Sales Report, STL Report, FJP, ASM Report, Fundamentals, Call monitor & display status) on time.
Proper reporting on weekly basis on all aspects of business.
Job Specification
Must have good verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to exhibit ethical and moral values in the work place.
Experience: Must have some knowledge in battery market of Nepal.
