Job Summary:
Sales Manager is responsible for all activities related to conceptualizing, planning, managing and implementing sales goals, strategies, tactics and measurements to achieve sales targets. Major responsibilities include business and market development; market research and planning; strategic direction for and supervision of promotions and sales; and hiring and directing the day to day activities of sales team. Also includes producing and presenting regular reports to management on achievement of measurable goals in the Sales plan.
Planning and Strategy Development with Database Maintenance
- Serves as the Sales Manager, providing direction in the area of market planning, strategy development, and management
- Executes and monitors strategic plans, both short and long range, to achieve objectives regarding revenue, profitability, new customer acquisition and customer retention, and increasing brand awareness; by using market research and analysis, tracking industry trends and employing a full array of activities to achieve measurable objectives
- Statistically analyze sales programs and adjusts strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness to meet changing market and competitive conditions
Sales Boosting
- Sales Package Development along with related benefits and offering to Customers and Clients
- Developing Sales strategy to carter wide range of customers inside and outside valley
- Develop appropriate sales policies and strategies and implement the same
- Conduct meetings and trainings to uplift the capacity of Sales team
Leading and Guiding Sales team
Perform all tasks as assigned by Management
Job Specification
- Target oriented candidate with proven experience of more than 5 years in Sales Operations
- Enthusiastic person having minimum Bachelors degree
- Leader having minimum 2 years of experience in Managerial position
- Business maturity, discretion and good judgment are essential qualifications for the role, as are strong communication and collaborative skills as well as a proactive approach
- Highly motivated and ambitious in achieving goals
- Working as per company policies and maintaining proper discipline
- Candidate having own vehicle with valid license
