Allocate their sales executive and extract monthly sales report from them
Dealer Development and visit
Provide training about technical information, product features, pricing waterfall, and competitors’ portfolio to sales people and branches.
Regular follow up with sales people to test their knowledge about the same.
Regular visit to inner and outer valley markets to monitor proper product placement and display at dealer point. Monthly report to the management upon the same
Liquidate damage goods from the warehouse, drive sales team to liquidate the damage goods at the reasonable price
Provides Sales Target to their sales executive, collections vs achievement
Negotiate the reduction in price for damage carton at dealer point
Job Specification
Should have a good communication skills
Proven experience as a sales Manager for last five years
Must possess analytical & leadership skills
Must be able to present sales data to his/ her senior level
Must be excellent at excel & powerPoint presentation
Candidates from hardware, Machinery & sanitary background is preferable
