Act as the principal contact among the Sales Department, potential customers, and top management
· Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, and selling additional services when appropriate.
· Maintain good client relationship and ensure brand loyalty
· Help management develop effective marketing strategies by giving inputs.
· Ensure after sales services as well [Ensuring each customer is aligned with after sales service and provide necessary support when required.
· Excellent interpersonal skill, verbal and written communication skills in both English and Nepali
· Ability to work under pressure
· Excellent listening skills with attention to details
· Analytical and problem solving attitude
