Job Description

Nepal's Leading Chain Hotel seeks qualified, experienced and highly motivated Nepalese candidates to fill the following position based in Kathmandu.

Job Title: Sales Manager

Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (preferably in Hospitality or Tourism Management)

Job Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years of work experience in working in similar job role
  • Knowledge of local market and knowledge of Hospitality (preferably, sales background from Pokhara hotels)
  • Successful previous experience as a Sales Executive or Sales Manager

Job Description:

  • Reporting to the Group Sales & Marketing Manager of the company
  • Objectives setting, training and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Utilizing Market knowledge to its fullest potential
  • Drawing up budget and sales report on a timely basis
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and forecasts to the Management team.

Salary & Benefits: Negotiable.
