Leading weekly sales meetings to discuss strategy, competitive differentiation, selling skills, etc;
Driving revenue and conversion for the division;
Complete proper scheduling and execution of monthly calls as assigned by management;
Develop and maintain vendor relations;
Maintain regular and timely interaction with team members and dealers to establish long term, successful relationship
Job Specification
At least 5+ years of working experience in same field.
In-depth knowledge of the Heavy Equipment and market of Nepal.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization Highly creative, innovative, out-of-the-box thinker.
Reliable and self-motivated
Excellent time management skills
